Speaker-guided presentations
Last modified: 21 May, 2024
Presentations with BNI+ can be guided by the presenter, without being the meeting host.
Each week, the following speakers will receive an email notification to setup their presentation:
- Featured speaker(s) for the next meeting date
- Section speaker(s) for Networking Education
Speakers select the link in the notification email and are taken to a screen that allows them to define one or more files or links to websites/presentations.
Section speakers can also define a topic for their presentation. This topic will be displayed on the introduction slide.
Once the file is uploaded, it will be converted to a flat image format to be presented during the meeting. The presenter will then receive a confirmation email with a link to view and control the presentation.
Selecting the View and Control the Presentation link will display a preview window with the filename and meeting date. *Note The message at the top of the preview is awaiting the president to start the slide show.

When the slideshow has begun the preview window will change and indicate that it is now presenting. This allows the presenter full control on the navigation of the presentation.
