Visitor self-registration
Depending on the number of visitors to your meeting, you may choose to ask them to self-register. This is especially convenient during visitor days. The attendance console will display a URL and a small icon to copy it.
Paste the weekly self-registration URL in the meeting chat so that visitors and subs can register themselves and appear as present.
Delivering the meeting with visitors
Present visitors will be listed in the president’s script during the introduction.
Visitors can be selected in the meeting to show an introductory slide during:
- Welcome Visitors to BNI and
- after the Referrals & Testimonials section.
By using the attendance console, visitor information can be displayed on-screen as well as be included in the president’s script.
