Attendance – After the Meeting

BNI+ provides several options to improve visitor engagement after the meeting has ended.

  • Present visitors are included in the chapter newsletter.  They will also receive a copy of the newsletter after the meeting that they attended. 
  • An attendance report is emailed to Attendance managers and includes all visitor and member info that was in the console. 
  • Members who invited visitors that were present may receive a reminder to follow-up with them.   This option is accessed/enabled in the General Settings section of Chapter> Settings. 

 

Also note:

  • The history of previous attendance reports can be accessed by selecting Meeting > Attendance. Browse between meeting dates using the next and back arrows.
