The Education Coordinator is a vital contributor within a BNI chapter, collaborating closely with the chapter president and vice president. This role focuses on promoting professional development, facilitating knowledge-sharing, and ensuring effective communication among our members. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Promote Team Collaboration and work closely with chapter leadership to align educational initiatives with overall chapter goals. 
  • Identify and suggest topics for education sessions that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our members. 
  • Assist members in enhancing their professional skills and conduct by offering guidance on industry best practices and effective communication. 
  • Coordinate members to lead education moments during meetings, encouraging active participation and knowledge-sharing. 
  • Share relevant networking and referral information to foster collaboration and facilitate business opportunities among chapter members. 
  • Assume a leadership role within the chapter by actively participating in meetings, contributing insights, and participating in decision-making.
