Core group overview

Last modified: 14 May, 2024

A core group is treated in a similar manner as chartered BNI chapters however a core group consists of applicants that meet in a regional area with the purpose of becoming a chartered BNI chapter.

Core group chapter meetings have a pared-down agenda and a simple script.  The agenda usually focuses on BNI benefits and training. Core group meetings can have section speakers and featured speakers

Meeting settings are managed primarily by the region.  Applicants have no roles or permissions and recieve no notifications unless they are a speaker.

Chapters define their meeting dates based on their own need and availability as opposed to BNI chartered chapters that meet weekly for the most part.
