Closed days

The Region has the authority to designate specific days as 'closed,' indicating non-operational periods or times when meetings are not to be scheduled, in accordance with the annual calendar. These designated closed days established by the Region will be uniformly applied across all chapters.
While individual chapters have the flexibility to add additional closed days as needed, it is important to note that the foundational closed days are determined by the Region.
